The SSC has the authority to stop <br /> any site activities posing an immediate hEalth and safety <br /> hazard to site personnel and must notify the Project <br /> r Manager or designee as soon as practical of this action. <br /> The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for health <br /> and safety of the CH2H MILL workers. <br /> Training: At least two personnel currently certified in <br /> both first-aid and CPR will be present during field <br /> activities within the exclusion zone.
