5 4 4 QUALITY ASSURANCE, ANIS QUALITY CONTROL PLAN The Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC)Plan describes the administrative, field, laboratory, and analytical quality control procedures that will be implemented during this investigation. 4.1 PROJECT ORGANIZATION A senior review team will review all project deliverables and monitor the quality and delivery of the reports. Where quality assurance problems or deficiencies requiring special action are discovered, the project manager, project administrator, and senior review team will identify the appropriate corrective action to be initiated by the project manager. 4.2 QUALITY ASSURANCE OBJECTIVES FOR MEASUREMENT The quality assurance objectives of this project are to develop and implement proc- educes to provide data of known quality. Data quality is assessed by precision, accuracy, representativeness, completeness, and comparability. Definitions of these parameters and the applicable quality control procedures and level ol' effort are described in the following paragraphs. The applicable quality control procedures, quantitative target limits, and levels of effort F . for assessing data quality are dictated by the intended use of the data and the nature of the analytical methods. Target detection limits for this study are set according to instrument/method limitations in the laboratory.
