Box 667 ENVIRONMENTAL Lodi, CA 95240 HEALTHPERMIT/SERVICES <br /> Dear Mr. Schaffer: <br /> WOODSON ESTATES SUBDIVISION BORDER ZONE PROPERTY DETERMINATION <br /> REQUEST/DETERMINATION 89-16 <br /> The Department of Health Services (Department) , Toxic Substances <br /> Control Program, Technical Services, has received your request <br /> for a border zone property determination dated September 8 , 1989 <br /> for the Woodson Estates Subdivision located near Collierville in <br /> San Joaquin County. This request has been assigned the <br /> determination number listed above. <br /> The Department has received the document titled "Proposed Woodson <br /> Estates Rural Residential Development: Toxic Substances <br /> Characterization" dated July 5, 1989 . Appendices 8 and 9 of this <br /> document were not included. Your request letter indicated two <br /> documents were attached to the letter, though only one document <br /> was received.
