As a result of that inspection, a <br /> number of violations of hazardous waste statues, regulations, permits, and <br /> directives were identified. <br /> Specific violations and required corrective action are listed below. Failure <br /> to correct the identified problems within the time frames provided will result <br /> ir. the Department taking enforcement action as provided by law. <br /> I. Schedule of Violations <br /> Chapter 6.5, Division. 20, Health and Safety Code (H&SC) <br /> 1. Section 25189(c/d) - Renfroe Flying Service intentionally or <br /> negligently disposed or caused the disposal of hazardous wastes at an <br /> unauthorized point (disposal of waste oil/solvent mixture as a dust <br /> control). <br /> 2. Section 2_5200.5(x) - Renfroe Flying Service failed to apply for <br /> hazardous waste facility permit to continue use or operation of a <br /> hazardous waste facility. <br /> 3. Section. 25201 - Renfroe Flying Service is unlawfully operating a <br /> hazardous waste facility without a hazardous waste facility permit <br /> from the Department. <br /> Chapter 30, Division 4, Title 22, California Administrative Code <br /> 4. Section 66370(b) - Renfroe Flying Service failed to apply for a <br /> hazardous waste facility permit. <br /> 5. Section. 66505(a) - Renfroe Flying Service failed to determine if <br /> their wastes were hazardous. <br />
