a. Areas used to load water and/or hazardous materials <br /> into/onto your aircraft; <br /> b. Areas used for the washing down of aircraft; and <br /> C. Any and all areas used to store and/or dispose of <br /> hazardous materials. <br /> Note: The above information should be cross-referenced to <br /> the site diagram. <br /> 6. Identify and describe each type of hazardous material stored <br /> and/or handled by your company at the site, where it is/was <br /> stored and/or handled, the quantity and its use. <br /> Note: The above information should be cross-referenced to <br /> the site diagram. <br /> 7 . Identify all leaks, spills or releases or threats of <br /> releases of any kind into the environment of any hazardous <br /> materials that have occurred or may occur at or from the <br /> site. Include in this identification: <br /> a. When such releases occurred or may occur; <br /> b. How such releases occurred or may occur; <br /> C. What hazardous materials were released or may be <br /> released; <br /> d. What amount of each such hazardous material was so <br /> released; and <br /> e. Where such releases occurred or may occur (identify on <br /> site diagram) . <br /> 8 . Identify any past or present uses of onsite ponds and/or <br /> ditches (i.e. , runoff collection, washwater evaporation, <br /> etc. ) and their locations on the site diagram. <br /> 9 . Provide all existing information from the sampling of any <br /> air, soil, and/or water (ground and surface) on or about the <br /> site as detailed below: <br /> a. Summary of sampling efforts (federal, state, local <br /> responsible party) including sampling objectives, <br /> locations, and results; <br /> b. Data quality/adequacy evaluation (qualitative) ; <br /> C. Any cleanup activities taken at the site including past <br /> cleanup sampling data; and <br /> d. Standards and protocol followed for sampling/analysis <br /> activities (can reference sample plan or other <br /> document) . <br />
