California Tank Lines, Inc.
TANK TRUCK TRANSPORTATION
PHONE (209) 466-3554
POST OFFICE BOX 6245 STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA 95206 ° FAX (209) 466-1855
06/18/2014
Stacy Rivera, REHS REG V
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department)
868 E. Hazelton Ave. JUN 2 0 2014
Stockton, CA 95205
Hello Stacy, ENVI1 ONME4 SAL 'HEALTH
DEPARTMENT
The following is a list of changes we made after your inspection.
108. We replaced the container we were collection metal shavings in and sending to recycle with a container labeled hazardous
waste and it will be handled accordingly. I will also furnish documentation on how the waste from the parts washer was
determined.
117. 1 will update our training records to you. We have conducted 2 training classes with Steve Reichow with NES I
will provide documentation as soon as it is provided to me from NES. Moving forward NES will provide all of the
training for our facility.
605. The black drum with oily waste (floor sweep) was disposed of and I will include a copy of the manifest.
215. This training was conducted by NES on Friday June 14, 2014. 1 will forward a copy of the training records and sign in sheet
as soon as I receive it from NES.
504. All 3 of these tanks have been added to the map. The quality of the map is not what I think it should be and I am having it
professionally drawn so it will be perfectly legible.
505, 507 & 513. These 3 items are now addressed in the SPCC and I will include a copy.
517. The inspection records were on site and I failed to produce them. We do a daily walk around inspection which
is logged and also an annual inspection of which I will include copies.
518. This training was addressed in the NES training session.
518. The designated person is Jack Bishop and that now appears in the SPCC
609. We are working with Tanknoligy to have our fuel tank tested and I will forward the results of the testing as soon
as I receive them.
Best Regards
9rez &'Wuy
Jack Bishop
