These contain necessary <br />administrative information, in addition to the following: <br />• Records of all training received. <br />• Acknowledgement of receipt of training and company policies and procedures. <br />• List of handbooks and other information received. <br />• List of PPE issued to the employee. <br />In addition to the training files maintained individually in each employees file, the <br />company maintains group files of all training. These files will be maintained as long as <br />the facility is in operation, and for at least three years from the date of last employment <br />for those employees no longer employed, as required by 22 CCR 66265.16. <br />
