Violations that are classified as'MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival I spoke with associates who stated having no knowledge of complaint.An associate began to explain to me that <br /> the salads are made daily and set to be sold or throw out within 2 days from being made.Observed a salad that was made <br /> today inside of the cooler and marked to be eaten by 09/12/2019.Associate began to show me were the vegetables are kept <br /> after they are sliced because when they are sliced they are also marked to be used or thrown out after a few days time frame. <br /> Observed ingredients in front prep cooler and noticed food items that are already past their marked date and still stored inside <br /> of cooler.A total of six bins were removed,each including different ingredients; pizza sauce,shredded cheese,tomatoes, and <br /> olives.
