. � �O��UIN Environmental Health Department <br /> '.r --COUNTY <br /> Time In: 1:50 pm <br /> Time Out: 2:20 pm <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: SAFEWAY STORE#1769 Date: 09/11/2019 <br /> Address: 2808 COUNTRY CLUB BLVD,STOCKTON 95204 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209)461-5555 <br /> Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00050436 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT WAS AT FACILITY ON 09/04/19 ATAPPROXIMATELY 6:30PM AND NOTICED THE MENS RESTROOM <br /> WAS"FILTHY". <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediate/v. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP° F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to store manager. He was not aware of this complaint. He stated that rest rooms are checked hourly by the courtesy <br /> clerks. They are detailed cleaned at night. Sometimes homeless people go into rest rooms and they are asked to leave. <br /> Observations: Rest rooms (men's and women's)were clean at time of visit and were stocked with hand soap, paper towels, <br /> and toilet paper. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
