Note for baked goods:
Dough & Cream cheese WILL NOT be made in premises. It will be shipped to kiosk.
Cinnamon Rolls are baked in a convection oven. We do not just any type of oil or
spray cans to craft and baked our cinnamon rolls. We use very light butter to
spread in the dough for flavor.
(*Note- The light butter that is spread onto dough is absorbed by the dough.)
Cinnamon rolls are placed in a cookie baking tray. In every cookie baking tray that
we place our cinnamon rolls, we place parchment paper in order for the rolls to
be on top of parchment paper. This avoids the cinnamon rolls to stick to the pan
and any leftover cinnamon glaze or liquid left by the cinnamon rolls is absorbed
by the parchment paper. Parchment Paper is tossed to the trash once a tray is
empty. This method helps us re-use our trays throughout the shift without having
to wash them until closing time.
