Spanos Companies, Ramage Environmental, Inc. is pleased to submit to the Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB)this Well Destruction and Waste Disposal <br /> Report. The report documents the final environmental corrective action tasks at the subject site. <br /> RWQCB requested this report by e-mail on November 5, 2015. A Site Location Map (Figure 1) <br /> and Site Plan(Figure 2) are attached. <br /> Background <br /> The scope of work was completed according to Ramage Environmental's Work Plan, Well <br /> Destructions and Site Restoration, dated June 19,2015. San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) approved the work plan on June 30, 2015. <br /> On October 5, 2015, by e-mail, RWQCB directed that the well destruction and waste disposal scope <br /> of work be completed, as part of the case closure process. <br /> Scope of Work <br /> Planning and Permitting <br /> On October 16, 2015, to permit the well destructions, Ramage Environmental submitted to EHD, <br /> Monitoring Well Destruction Permit Applications and Fees. <br /> On October 29, 2015, EHD issued two permits (one permit for each property parcel) for the well <br /> destructions (Permit#SR0073524 and SR0073525). Since all of the site wells were on property <br /> owned by the Stockton Metropolitan Airport, neither private property access agreements nor <br /> encroachment permits were required. Copies of the approved well destruction permits are attached. <br />
