Exhibit C — Supplemental Environmental Projects <br /> 1. Craig Thompson Environmental Protection Prosecution Fund. <br /> PARTY CITY CORPORATION shall provide the amount of Thirty-One Thousand <br /> and Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($31,250.00) payable to the Craig Thompson <br /> Environmental Protection Prosecution Fund ("CTEPP Fund')to be used for purposes <br /> consistent with the mission of the CTEPP Fund. <br /> 2. California Certified Unified Program Agency Forum Projects. <br /> PARTY CITY CORPORATION shall provide the amount of Thirty Thousand Dollars <br /> ($30,000.00) payable to the CUPA Forum Environmental Protection Trust Fund ("CUPA <br /> Trust Fund'), which is administered and to be used bythe California Certified Unified <br /> Program Agency Forum, for purposes consistent with the mission of the CUPA Trust Fund. <br /> 3. California Advanced Environmental Criminal Training Program (Cal- <br /> AECTP)with CHMIA.' <br /> PARTY CITY CORPORATION shall provide the amount of Thirty Thousand <br /> Dollars ($30,000.00) payable to the California Hazardous Materials Investigators Association <br /> to fund full scholarships for attendance and participation in their Advanced Environmental <br /> Criminal Training Program. Each of these scholarships shall cover conference registration, <br /> travel, food, lodging, and incidentals. <br /> 4. California District Attorneys Association Environmental Project. <br /> PARTY CITY CORPORATION shall provide the amount of Fifteen Thousand <br /> Dollars ($15,000.00) to be used by the California District Attorneys Association <br /> Environmental Project for the purpose of providing training consistent with the objectives <br /> of the Environmental Project. <br /> . If the payment provided by the PARTY CITY CORPORATION is accepted by a designated entity, <br /> the designated entity shall provide, until the exhaustion of thefunds, annual letter reports describing <br /> the specific use of the funds.The annual letterreports shall be submitted to the Plaintiff's <br /> representatives identified in this Stipulation forEntry of Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction. <br /> Exhibit C to Stipulation For Entry of Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction in People v.
