Armstrong <br /> SUBJECT: SOIL GAS SURVEY S VACUUM EXTRACTION FEASIBILITY <br /> TESTING <br /> Dear Mr. Armstrong: <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Unified. Air Pollution control. District <br /> (SJVUAPCD) has reviewed your request to conduct at sail gas <br /> survey and vacuum extraction testing at the Beacon Service <br /> Station located at 2185 East Fremont Street, Stockton, <br /> California. This test is scheduled for 17 March 1993 and <br /> should take less than 48 hours total to accomplish all the <br /> work specified. The district approves this test and will <br /> require the use of carbon canisters to be used to control the <br /> emissions from the extraction wells prior to the vapors being <br /> emitted to the atmosphere. <br /> An Authority to Construct application will have to be <br /> submitted if subsequent work requires the installation of a <br /> vapor extraction treatmont system.
