TANK CLOSURE REPORT—BEACON STATION x'494 -4- <br /> 2115 East Fremont Street, Stockton, CA <br /> AMV Project No 19005 04 <br /> 4.0 STOCKPILE SOIL <br /> Soil that was removed during the tank and product line removal was stockpiled on site After <br /> the tanks were removed and soil samples were collected from underneath the former tank and <br /> product lines, and with the approval of San Joaquin County, the stockpiled soil was returned to <br /> the tank excavation and product line trenches <br /> i <br /> Previous work at the site revealed that vapor extraction will be necessary to remove petroleum <br /> hydrocarbon constituents from soil beneath the site as ascertained from analytical results of soil <br /> samples collected during prior investigations The soil returned to the tank excavation and <br /> piping trenches was compacted to at least 90 percent.
