Earnest TEL. NO: 209-583-5511 <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> Due to a possible real estate divestment three ground-water <br /> monitoring wells and two soil borings were completed in April <br /> 1992. Initial laboratory results indicated that two of the <br /> monitoring wells exhibited detectable amounts of petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons. Both of the soil borings exhibited <br /> non-detectable amounts of petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> SUMMARY OF THISQUARTER'S ACTIVITIES: <br /> Quarterly monitoring was performed on October 29, 1992. <br /> MW-4, MW-5 and VW-1 thru VW-4 were installed in the middle of <br /> December 1992. <br /> RESULT OF QUARTERLY MONITORING: <br /> Ground-water analyses show MW-2 and MW-3 contain detectable <br /> amounts of benzene and TPH as gasoline MW-1 does not contain <br /> detectable amounts of benzene or TPH-g. <br /> PROPOSED ACTIVITY OR WORK FOR NEXT DARTER: <br /> ACTIVITY ESTIMATED COMPLETION DATE <br /> First Quarter Monitoring February 1993 <br /> BEACON <br /> A Member of the uftramar Group of Companies #t Quality and Service �,, <br />
