The outstanding violations <br /> include: <br /> -CCR 66262.12(a) Managed a hazardous waste without an EPA number <br /> -CCR 66262.40(a) Failed to keep a signed copy of manifest from the designated facility for 3 years <br /> -HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep a copy of the consolidated manifest for 3 years <br /> -CCR 66262.34(0 Failed to completely label containers or tanks of hazardous waste <br /> An operator that receives an inspection report shall have 30 days to submit a written response that includes a <br /> statement documenting corrective actions taken or proposing corrective actions which will be taken. Ensure that a <br /> written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted within 30 days of receiving an <br /> inspection report. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 202 HSC 25189.5(a) Disposed or caused disposal of HW at an unauthorized point. <br /> According to Mr. Verma, the used fuel filters are sometimes given to Elite IV for disposal and "sometimes I throw <br /> away". The filters were observed with a date of October 2013 written on them, but no disposal records were available <br /> for disposal and no used filters were observed on site. Hazardous wastes shall be disposed of only by transportation <br /> to a permitted hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facility (TSDF).
