ID number CAL000413779 is currently <br /> inactive.A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, <br /> hazardous waste without an ID number. If you or your business generates more than 100 kg of RCRA hazardous <br /> waste and/or more than one kg of acutely hazardous waste,then you need to obtain an EPA ID number. All others <br /> must obtain a State ID number. Go to the DTSC web site http://www.dtsc.ca.gov/IDManifest/PERMHWID.cfm for <br /> the form to apply for an ID number. Immediately obtain an ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit <br /> evidence to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> One fire extinguisher was observed on the south wall of the shop with the indicator pointed to recharge.All facility <br /> communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control equipment, and decontamination <br /> equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its proper operation in time of <br /> emergency. Immediately begin this practice. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days. <br /> One white plastic 55 gallon drum of used antifreeze was observed without an accumulation start date. The last <br /> disposal record for used antifreeze was dated 1/11/2018. One blue metal 55 gallon drum of used oil and one black <br /> metal 55 gallon drum of used oil were observed without accumulation start date.The last disposal record for used <br /> oil was dated 5/1/2018. Facilities who generate less than 1000 kg of hazardous waste per month and do not exceed <br /> 6000 kg of waste stored on site at any time may store waste on site up to 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed <br /> hazardous waste hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> One white plastic 55 gallon drum of used antifreeze was observed without an accumulation start date.
