Waste Type is <br /> soda ash. Facility manufactures janitorial and dairy chemicals; industrial laundry operation. <br /> Facility has clay-lined 3/4-acre evapo-ration pond. Preliminary Assessment submitted to EPA. <br /> 09/01/1987 Site reported for Proposition 65. <br /> 01/01/1988 Site listed on Cortese. <br /> 04/20/1992 Site Screening required for DTSC to determine site status. <br /> 08/29/1994 DTSC's smveillence and enforcement branch is actively involved at the facility due to a <br /> phosphoric acid spill that occurred in May 1994_ The facility is regulated by DISC and the <br /> RWQCB. The County Health Department and the Department of Fish and Game have been <br /> involved with spills at the facility in the past. <br /> 12/11/2002 DTSC's Enforcement Unit completed action at the site in 1994.
