EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN <br /> UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MONITORING PROGRAM <br /> This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information <br /> on this monitoring program are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder <br /> must notify San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, phone (209) 468- <br /> 3420 of any changes to the monitoring procedures, unless required to obtain approval <br /> before making the change. List the name(s) and title(s) of the people responsible for <br /> Daniel Rocha, Owner <br /> Evanna Egoroff, Manager <br /> 2. If an unauthorized release occurs, how will the hazardous substance be cleaned <br /> up? Note: If a released hazardous substance reaches the environment, enters a storm <br /> drain, or increases the fire/explosion hazard, then San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department must be notified immediately. If a hazardous substance is not <br /> cleaned up from the secondary containment within 8 hours, or deteriorates the <br /> secondary containment, then San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> must be notified within 24 hours. Call (209) 468-3420. <br /> On surface — kitty litter, then stored in closed container. In secondary containment — <br /> contact Ramus Environmental for vacuum truck removal (916) 371-5747. <br /> 3. Describe the proposed method and equipment to be used for cleaning up <br /> hazardous spills. <br /> Kitty litter or similar absorbent — absorbent will then be stored in a closed container for <br /> proper disposal later. <br /> 4. Describe the proposed availability and location of the spill control equipment. <br /> Storage room in building — accessible by cashier or manager. <br /> 5. Describe the proposed method of disposal for the spent spill control equipment, ie <br /> spent absorbent. <br /> Contact Ramos Environmental for disposal. <br /> 6. Describe the maintenance schedule for the cleanup equipment. <br /> Availability and Quantity to be verified monthly. <br />
