At first glance I noticed that <br />emergency coordinator's addresses were not included and arrangements agreed to by local <br />police departments, fire departments, hospitals, <br />contractors, and State and local emergency response teams to coordinate emergency <br />services, pursuant to section 66265.37. Check your <br />continingency plan to ensure that it meets the requirements listed in section §66265.52. <br />Content of Contingency Plan. <br />The Blue Paragraph refers to §66265.16. Personnel Training. <br />Article 4. Contingency Plan and Emergency Procedures <br />§66265.50. Applicability. <br />The regulations in this article apply to owners and operators of all hazardous waste facilities, except as <br />section 66265.1 provides otherwise. <br />NOTE: Authority cited: Sections 208, 25150 and 25159, Health and Safety Code.
