N
Qle- S KJ Q A Q U I N Environmental Health Department
COUNTY 1868 E. Hazelton Avenue
Greatness rows here. Stockton, California 95205
tiFoa i 9 T 209 468-3420
F 209 468-0333
www.sjcehd.com
November 9th, 2022
To:
GA Vino Holdings LLC & D. Smith
7312 Main St.
Stockton, CA. 95205
On December 8th, 2021 an inspection for a permit concerning a new water well
(WP0040075) was conducted at 7947 Orford Rd., Stockton. During the inspection it was noted
that the chlorination port seal for the well was missing. An improperly sealed or missing
chlorination port is a violation of the well water standards; see San Joaquin County Ordinance
Code, Water Well Standards, Section 4.12. Correct this immediately and either send a picture
to the number below or call to set-up an inspection by an Environmental Health inspector.
Failure to do so may result in not only the permit eventually expiring, but the issuing of a Notice
to Abate Water Well violations and subsequent fines for time spent on enforcement.
Thank you,
Michael Suszycki,
Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist
(209) 598-7001
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
1868 E.
