This work was performed
for Borel Bank and Trust Company to evaluate
' subsurface conditions.
The scope of work performed was outlined in our 1.2 Scope of Work
scope of work dated April 25, 1995 and included:
V Drilling and logging of six exploratory borings.
' Collection of selected soil samples for laboratory
analysis.
' Collection of one ground water grab sample for
laboratory analysis.
2.0 SOIL AND GROUND WATER QUALITY EVALUATION
On May 4 and 5, 1995, environmental engineer Brock 2.1 Subsurface
' Foster directed a subsurface exploration program and Investigation
logged six borings (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-4, EB-5, and EB{)
' to approximate depths of 15 feet, with the exception of
boring EB-2 which was drilled into the shallow water
bearing zone at a depth of approximately 55 feet. Soil
samples were obtained from the borings at 5-foot
depth intervals or significant changes in lithology.
Groundrnwaater was encountered at an approximate
IE SSCCIA Page 1
