Approximate dates aIre unknown . <br /> !i <br /> The general operating process, asIdescribed to me, is as <br /> follows : <br /> I <br /> At the end of each pickling process, the brine, which <br /> generally contains only salt, is pumped from tank to tank for <br /> brine recovery and to permit removal of sludge from the tank <br /> bottom. The sludge and waste are collected on site in tank <br /> trucks for disposal . The operator states that no salt <br /> contaminated water" is intentionally permitted to discharge to <br /> storm water. <br /> The pickles are removed from the vats by conveyor and final <br /> processing is completed indoors .
