Chapter 6 of the RCMP describes the updated <br /> Land Use Analysis Program, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 review/analysis requirements, analysis <br /> methods, impact significance criteria, and mitigation. <br /> SJCOG determined that this project may not meet the Tier 2 threshold; thus, no further <br /> information is required at this time. <br /> AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISION'S REVIEW <br /> This project is located within Stockton Metropolitan Airport's Traffic Pattern Zone (TPZ) 7a. <br /> Further review reveals this project is compatible with the 2018 Stockton Metropolitan Airport <br /> Land Use Compatibility Plan (ALUCP) (https://www.sicog.org/ALUC). <br /> SJCOG staff recommends the project applicant be aware an airspace review is required for <br /> temporary or permanent objects over 100 feet tall. <br /> SJCOG would like to provide standards and project design conditions that comply with the <br /> Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (https://www.sicog.org/ALUC) as a reference guide. Note: <br /> Jurisdictions determine if the following standards and conditions apply to this project. <br />
