Each parcel will have an area of 0.47-acres and the subdivision will result in each parcel containing an existing single family residence. The parcels will be served by California Water Service for water and Taft Improvement District#52 for sewer. The project is exempt from the public terminal drainage requirements pursuant to Development Title Section 9-1135.11(a). The proposed parcels will have access from South Mourfield Avenue.
