(ALUC) and Congestion Management Agency (CMA), has reviewed a Minor Subdivision <br /> LATHROP, application with a Vesting Tentative Map that proposes to subdivide a 0.94-acre parcel into 0.47- <br /> LODI, <br /> MANTECA, acres each.The project is located at 3858 South Mourfield Avenue,Stockton (APN: 175-240-27). <br /> RIPON, <br /> STOCKTON, CONGESTION MANAGEMENT AGENCY'S REVIEW <br /> TRACY, <br /> AND SJCOG adopted the 2018 Update to the Regional Congestion Management Program (RCMP) <br /> THE COUNTY OF SAN <br /> JOAQUIN (http://www.slcocrg/rcmp on April 26, 2018. Chapter 6 of the RCMP describes the updated <br /> Land Use Analysis Program, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 review/analysis requirements, analysis' <br /> methods, impact significance criteria, and mitigation. <br /> SJCOG determined that this project does not fall under Tier 2; thus, no further information is <br /> required at this time. <br /> AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISION'S REVIEW <br /> This project is located within Stockton Metropolitan Airport's Zone 7a (TPZ). Further review <br /> reveals this project is compatible with the 2018 San Joaquin County Airport Land Use <br /> Compatibility Plan (ALUCP) (https://www.s*cog.org/ALUC). <br /> SJCOG would also like to provide standards and project design conditions that comply with the <br /> Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan (https://www.sicog.org/ALUC) as a reference guide.
