PHS/EHD has the following comments for your consideration. <br /> Groundwater contamination continues to be evidenced in MW1, MW4, and MW5,as <br /> reported in the analytical results from the June 28, 1994 groundwater samples. <br /> PHS/EHD has evaluated the request to reduce the sampling frequency of MW6, MW7, and <br /> MW8 to annually.
