The meeting was attended by you, your legal counsel
James DeMera and your consultant Bob Marty,Geological Audit. San Joaquin County Public Health Services,
Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) was represented by Mary. Meays and Margaret Lagorio.
PHS%EHD has prepared a brief summary of the meeting and a status update for your consideration.
The need for three additional monitoring wells,in order todefine the extent of groundwater contamination,
was discussed. Verbal approval from the property owner would be obtained prior to assessing whether
monitoring well (MW3) contained sufficient water for sampling.
On March 23, 1993 permission to access MW3 had been obtained and a subjective groundwater evaluation
ik occurred. Groundwater obtained from this well was obviously contaminated.
Acopy of the encroachment agreement from Mr. Gianni, the.property owner of 216E Lodi Ave., was
submitted to PHS/EHD.
