Mr. GiannoniIs permis- <br /> sion to enter his property and conduct the' sampling and <br /> anvestigataon of the alleged contamination. <br /> 'As you are aware., Public Health Services requires quarter <br /> 1y monitoring of existing wells when contamination is <br /> known to be located at a site. Mrs . Lehr,' therefore, <br /> requests permission to conduct such monitoring on a quay <br /> terly basis , or more often, if required by the State or <br /> ,County. Such monitoring, of course, would .be done . in such; <br /> ;'a fashion as not to interfere with the tenants ' conduct of <br /> business . <br /> ., ,...� ..� ..Our sprevious_�.c.orrespondence, and_conversation-regarding the <br /> 7installation of ad ditional` wells"-to ascertain 'the perime-- <br /> 'ter of the contamination envisioned only one additional <br /> monitoring well on Mr. Giannoni ' s property. Following a <br /> :meeting with Public Health Services yesterday, it was <br /> idetermined that at least two new, wells would be necessary <br /> to establish the easterly and northeasterly boundaries of <br /> ,the migration. (Please see enclosed map indicating the <br /> {probable locations of the new wells marked as MW-6 and MW,-.i <br /> 8 . Mrs . Lehr, therefore, requests permission to enter and, <br /> ;!install these monitoring wells .
