The initial investigation will <br /> include drilling three soil borings to depths of <br /> approximately 10 to 15 feet and collecting soil samples . <br /> 'The borings will be performed within the area of the former <br /> underground storage tank cavity . Subsequent work will <br /> include the excavation and removal of contaminated soil . <br /> The provisions set forth in this Health and Safety Plan <br /> will apply to the employees of Roger Foott Associates, Inc . , <br /> and its subcontractors working orl this project .
