{e
i
4 . 0 CONCLUSIONS
Based on these results of an lyses , we conclude that
soil contamination at the site has been mitigated to levels
generally considered acceptable. We recommend that the
excavated contaminated soil be disposed of at an appropriate
disposal facility and that the excavation be backfilled with
clean, compacted soil . No further work appears to be
necessary at this site below the locations of former tanks ,
or near the former dispenser .
5 .0 LIMITATIONS
This investigation has been conducted in accordance
with generally accepted standards of environmental
geological practice at the time it was performed and was
performed for the sole purpose of evaluating environmental
conditions with respect to possible hazardous materials
contamination in the vicinity of the .underground tanks at
the subject property. Additional drilling, sampling and
analyses may reduce uncertainties in interpreting conditions
between the boring and sampling ploints . No soil engineering
or geotechnical references are made nor should they be
# t inferred.
l
ROGER FOOTT ASSOCIATES, INC.
--
