P r)
4 . 0 CONCLUSIONS
Based on these results of analy ses we conclude that
soil contamination at the site has been mitigated to levels
generally considered acceptable. We recommend that the
excavated cdntaminated soil be disposed of at an appropriate
Fdisposal facility and that the excavation be backfilled with
clean, compacted soil . No further work appears to be
necessary at this site below the rlocations of former tanks ,
Fli or near the former dispenser .
1
F '5 . 0 - LIMITATIONS
F i This investigation has been conducted in accordance
with generally accepted standards of environmental
geological practice at the time it was performed and was
Fperformed for the so.le purpose of evaluating environmental
conditions with respect to possible hazardous materials
Fcontamination in the vicinity o€ the underground. tanks at
the subject property. Additional drilling, sampling and
F" analyses may reduce uncertainties in interpreting conditions
between the boring and sampling points . No soil engineering
or geotechnical references are made nor should they be
P inferred.
Fr
r
F
P
Fi
1
ROGER FOOTT ASSOCIATES, INC.
