Hazelton Ave.
Stockton, CA 95205
Regarding: Addendum to Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study:
Water Testing Results
LaPierre Property
3231 E. Spiess Rd., Acampo, CA
Dear Ms. Turkatte:
This letter addresses the collection of a water sample from the above project Site and is
intended to be reviewed along with the above Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study.
Live Oak collected a water sample from the domestic well on the Site on June 18, 2019. The
sample was analyzed for nitrate and dibromochloropropane (DBCP) per San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department policy. As required by the laboratory, the samples were
collected in a plastic container and two glass vials for nitrate and DBCP analysis, respectively.
Trip blanks were also utilized. The samples were placed on ice and transported under chain of
custody to FGL Environmental, Stockton.
Nitrate was detected in the sample at a concentration of 0.5 mg/L-N, well below the US
EPA MCL of 10 mg/L-N. DBCP was not detected.
Please feel free to contact us with any questions about the water test or the Soil
Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study.
Sincerely,
Live Oak GeoEnvironmental, Inc.
i a- aLl--kk---_David J.
