LODI AVE, LODI, CALIFORNIA <br /> Dear Mr. Bois: <br /> As of May 6, 1997, the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) and the <br /> City of Lodi (City) have reached a Comprehensive Joint Cooperative Agreement <br /> (Agreement) for the investigation and remediation of soil and groundwater contamination <br /> found beneath the City. Pursuant to the Agreement, the City is the lead agency for <br /> investigation and remediation of the contamination. DTSC may assist the City to review <br /> and comment on all related workplans and reports upon request by the City. <br /> As partial fulfillment of the Agreement, DTSC has forwarded your <br /> May 6, 1997 supplemental report (report) prepared by Montgomery Watson for the <br /> above-referenced sites to the City's consultants for their review, comments, and <br /> determinations.
