Site also posted 404B Unsafe to Occupy for an occupied detached garage. <br /> OBSERVATIONSICOMMENTS: <br /> Sink hole still exists. Rosa, the wife of the property owner, said that their insurance company sent <br /> an engineer out to evaluate it last week, but she has not heard if he has submitted a report yet. The <br /> hole was not covered when I arrived, Rosa's son said a cat got in so he opened it to let the cat out. <br /> He replaced all the screening/fencing being used to cover it while I was there, but also said it would <br /> be better secured with plywood. <br /> A room inside the garage is used to keep a dog, not for any other habitation.
