For San <br /> Joaquin County, 56 percent of persons live and work in the same county. <br /> Table 8 on the following page shows that of the persons commuting into Mountain House for <br /> work just over a quarter originated from Tracy. Of the employed persons living in Mountain <br /> House, 98 percent were employed elsewhere. Location of jobs includes cities in the Altamont <br /> Corridor and elsewhere (see Table 9).The data show that most people who live in Mountain <br /> House are travelling elsewhere for work and that most people working in Mountain House are <br /> originating from elsewhere.These patterns are similar to those of the cities in the Altamont <br /> Corridor,although the percentage of persons commuting into the area for work is slightly <br /> higher in Mountain House. <br /> Mountain House First Jobs Housing Review Final November 2019 Page 14 <br />
