Hwy 12 <br /> APN 055-160-23, APN 055-160-25 <br /> Service Request SR0080232, SR0079728 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed your <br /> Soil Suitability study dated February 14, 2018 and Nitrate Loading study report dated October 10, <br /> 2018, for the above noted location and has the following comments for your consideration. <br /> The Soil Suitability/Nitrate loading study was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted <br /> parcel for onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) usage, including to estimate the potential for <br /> nitrate impact to groundwater due to 20 permanent employees and 51 visitors daily, for a proposed <br /> truck terminal, heavy equipment storage and construction services heavy yard which will include a <br /> 400-square foot office, restroom, septic system, utilities, and limited landscaping. <br /> Based on the information provided, the EHD finds that the SSS/NLS supports the suitability for <br /> standard OWTS usage for Parcel 055-160-23 and Parcel 055-160-25 for the proposed business, <br /> pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Title 9, Section 9-1105.2(d). <br /> Onsite wastewater system shall be used to dispose sewage waste only.
