This submittal only
presented information on the suitability of the area for OWTS usage and did not include information relating
potential nitrate impact from the development project. The nitrate loading information still needs to be
submitted for review and this condition has not been satisfied. The nitrate loading information is an important
factor in evaluating if an area is suitable for OWTS usage and must be considered prior to making a final
determination.
The COA to sample the existing private water wells for Dibromochloropropane and nitrates with the results
submitted to the EHD prior to the recordation of the parcel map has been satisfied in this submittal.
If you have any questions please contact Michael Kith, REHS, Program Coordinator, at (209) 468-3444 or
mkith@sjcehd.com.
Mich el Kith, REHS
Program Coordinator
c: Suzan Nihad
1868 E.
