Linne Rd, Tracy
The applicant proposes an intensive onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) use on a
3.81 acres parcel. The intensive OWTS usage may have a potential significant impact on
ground water quality. A soil suitability study with nitrate loading analysis (SSNL) shall be
performed and submitted to Environmental Health Department (EHD) to determine potential
impact and any mitigation needed. The SSNL shall address the maximum occupant load listed
on the site plan.
The EHD also has concerns that the site may not be suitable for OWTS usage and there may
not be enough room for OWTS.
Upon completion of the review of the SSNL and EHD's concern been addressed, the EHD will
formulate and submit the conditions of approval.
1868 E.
