1 <br /> E2C Remediation <br /> Environmental Engineering, <br /> Consulting and Remediation, Inc. <br /> RECE11/1=D <br /> December 18,2013 DEC 2 3 2013 <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> 1868 Hazelton Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95205-6232 <br /> Subject: Well Destruction Permit Application <br /> Former Busy Bee Cleaners <br /> 40 North Main Street <br /> Lodi,California <br /> Dear Madam/Sir: <br /> On behalf of the City of Lodi, E2C Remediation (E2C) is performing environmental services to <br /> comply with directives from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB). <br /> As such, E2C has prepared this permit application for abandoning the site remediation wells (23 <br /> groundwater monitoring wells, 38 air sparging wells, 29 soil vapor extraction wells and 1 <br /> groundwater extraction well) associated with the remediation work at 40 North Main Street in <br /> Lodi, CA <br /> Attached please find a workplan dated April 11, 2013, which details the method and procedure to <br /> abandon these wells. The workplan also has a site plan showing the well locations.
