PTE was calculated as follows: 11 ft x 24ft x 6ft= 1584 1584/27 = 58.67 cubic yards 58.67 x 14 (laced) =821.38 821.38 x .8 = 657.104 5.)Although waste tires have been removed since the previous inspection, owner has decided to discard a portion of the used tire inventory which has resulted in the waste tire amount on site being identical to the previous inspection. 6.) Retain all waste tire manifests, disposal receipts, and logs for 3 years. 7.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. 8.) Inspection report will be emailed to ttwcustomwheels@icloud.com *Re-inspection will occur on or after May 20, 2017. All violations must be corrected by this date.
