EXTENSION CORDS THROUGHOUT THE COOKING AREA OF THE RESTAURANT <br /> FIRE HAZARD, PLEASE SEND INSPECTOR, CALL COMPLIANT WITH FINDINGS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, spoke with manager on duty and explained the nature of the complaint. The manager on duty explains that while <br /> she is there no food is picked up until after the order has been completed or until the rush of orders have been handled. She <br /> continues to explain that anytime any food has accidentally fallen, it remains on the floor and a fresh batch of food is prepared <br /> in order to complete the order. Once the order has been completed and there is down time, an associate will sweep up the <br /> floor; including the food that has fallen to the floor.All food that is swept or that has touched the floor are disposed of. <br /> Manager states that she can not justify for the actions of other managers but while she is on duty the following actions are <br /> done for any food that may have accidentally have fallen.
