Owner owns that certain real property <br /> ( "Property" ) located in the County of San Joaquin, State of <br /> California, and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" <br /> attached to this Lease and incorporated in this Lease by <br /> • reference . Owner leases to Lessee and Lessee leases from Owner <br /> the Property and all easements , rights , appurtenances, and <br /> hereditaments relating to, appurtenant to, and used or intended <br /> to be used in connection with the Property in accordance with the <br /> terms and provisions of this Lease . Lessee hereby acknowledges <br /> that before entering into this Lease, it has inspected and is <br /> fully familiar with the Property.
