37 <br /> 1LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> THIS LEASE AGREEMENT ( "Lease" ) is made as of this 26th <br /> day of September , 1990 , by and between ALBERT R. <br /> fPURVIANCE, JR. , also known as ROSS PURVIANCE, JR. , and <br /> ' SHARYL CHRISTINE PURVIANCE, husband and wife, dealing with their <br /> community property and VICTORIA IZETTA PURVIANCE ( "Owner" ) , and <br /> fEL RANCHO ROCK & SAND, INC. , a California corporation ( "Lessee" ) . <br /> r " <br /> R E C I T A L S <br /> ' A. Owner owns that real property ( "Property" ) <br /> described in Exhibit "A" attached to this Lease and incorporated <br /> into this Lease by reference . <br /> B.
