Two fire extinguishers shall be provided on all motorized <br /> equipment used on this site as follows: <br /> • One dry chemical type (minimum rating of 20B:C) <br /> • One pressurized water type (minimum 2 gallons) <br /> C. A minimum 30-foot-wide clear fire break shall be <br /> maintained around the entire property, excluding any <br /> green and living landscape. <br /> 5. CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY AND FIRE PROTECTION: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The applicant shall comply with Public Resources Code <br /> 4428 of the California Forest and Fire Laws. <br /> 6. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT: <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. Application shall be made to the San Joaquin County Air <br /> Pollution Control District for the necessary air <br /> pollution permits, in compliance with the District' s <br /> rules and regulations. <br /> b. The applicant shall notify the District in writing with <br /> respect to the actual date of construction/grading one <br /> week prior to said activities. <br /> C. Emissions generated during the construction process are <br /> of concern to the District. Dust control requirements <br /> shall be followed by the applicant. <br /> d. The applicant shall maintain adequate record keeping of <br /> mitigation measures, if applicable, for the Air Pollution <br /> Control District staff when they make scheduled or <br /> unscheduled inspections. <br /> NOTE: On July 11, 1991, the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Commission approved QX-91-6 subject to the Conditions of <br /> Approval listed above. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 5 - (QX-91-6) <br />
