The nitrate analysis was required under the conditions of approval for the minor <br /> subdivision (MS-93-0004) approved on March 9, 1993. The source of the nitrate and any other <br /> potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses at <br /> this location needs to be identified in a report according to the requirements stated in the above <br /> referenced code section.
