Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface <br /> contamination report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface <br /> contamination caused by past or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of <br /> nonpoint source of hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues,as well <br /> as potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage <br /> areas. If the report indicates there is contamination, corrective action shall be taken, as <br /> recommended in the report and concurred with by Environmental Health prior to <br /> recording of final map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12(a)(c) ). <br /> B. This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map <br /> recordation. A letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services are <br /> either bonded for or are in place, prior to final approval. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1120.2). <br /> C. Prior to the issuance of any Building Permits sewer facilities shall either be bonded for or <br /> be in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity.
