Conditions of Approval EP-81-9 January 17, 1985 Page 3 20 . Use of the proposed truck scales shall be limited to custo- mers in the process of hauling materials from the site . 21 . Site access to Waverly Road shall be relocated approximately 157 feet southerly of existing entrance and shall be constructed with minimum 50 ' radiuses and 100 ' minimum accel- eration and deceleration lanes , all subject to approval of the Public Works Department . The use of other routes for access to the site is prohibited. 22 . Prior to the commencement of excavation, the applicant shall submit for approval by the decision-making body: a. A revised site plan which shows the site access, locations of structures, excavation phasing, project boundaries, paved surfaces, and elevations of excavation depths and final surfaces . b. A revised Excavation and Rehabilitation Schedule which details the locations, acreages, and cubic yardages to be excavated and rehabilitated and the timetables and sequen- ces in which these operations shall be accomplished. c . A revised Rehabilitation Plan which incorporates the reseeding recommendation of the SCS ( Soil Conservation Service) or the Agricultural Extension Service. 23 . A plan for the addition of vegetative visual screening shall be submitted for review and approval by the Planning Division. 24 . Local Health District : a. No excavation may be permitted into the ground water table without approval from the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region. b. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited into any water course nor in any way contribute to the pollution thereof . c. Provide an approved potable water supply for all employees. d. Approved chemical toilets shall be provided for all employees . Toilets must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. e. Handwashing facilities must be provided on or near the approved c em ca to ets .
