The well was constructed with a 30 foot <br /> enr <br /> screen interval from 58 feet to 38 feet below grade and with <br /> solid PJC cased to complete the well to the surface. <br /> - I <br /> A sand pack consisting of clean ##2 Monterey sand was placed <br /> in the wel boring annulus from the bottom of the well to a point <br /> 1 foot above the screen interval. The well was completed with a <br /> lam <br /> bentonite seal, cement, and a traffic rated street box to provide <br /> access to the well. <br /> GROUNDWAT]M XONITORIIFG <br /> L4 <br /> The site has been monitored on two occassions to obtain �. <br /> s= depth to water measurements and to inspect for the presence of <br /> free <br /> floating product.
