1 <br /> [7] LIMITATIONS <br /> The conclusions of this Soil Suitability Study are based upon current information concerning the <br /> location and results of the percolation testing,and the highest anticipated depth to groundwater. The <br /> results of the percolation testing can only be assumed to be representative of the subsurface <br /> conditions encountered in the area of the testing. However, changes in perc rates over short <br /> distances can be assumed to be comparatively equal. <br /> It is our opinion that the findings included in this study are a reasonable assessment of the current <br /> subject property conditions.
