(DISTRICT 3) . <br /> APPLICANT: William Depaoli APN: 131-090-14 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately seven feet NGVD. <br /> Whiskey Slough Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet <br /> and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .4) <br /> 2 . The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the occupancy permit . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 . 5) <br /> 3 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building <br /> permit application.
